JIM FLORA'S CHILDREN'S BOOK

Jim Flora (1914-1998), who was best known for his funky, colorful and lively album art in the 40s and 50s apparently did children's books... or at least one.

I
stumbled upon this one drawing by complete accident and clicked on it, as I usually do when I find something I really love.

When I looked at some more of the art I was really intrigued. Then I read that the illustrator was "James Flora," also known as Jim Flora. Sweet! Grandpa's Ghost Stories was created in 1978. I'm going to see if I can score myself a copy somewhere. I'll keep you all updated.
